Exporting your AVETMISS data couldn’t be easier.

Go to the file menu, select import/export and choose Export AVETMISS…

Select the date range you wish to export and where you wish to export the files to, e.g. your desktop, and select proceed. The 10 txt files will then be created ready to be submitted to the government reporting agency of your choice. Easy as!

If you wish to export only records that relate to a certain class or group of classes or courses, first, create a specific tag group and sub tags that you can apply to these classes or courses.

This may be useful if you need to export particular courses or classes for NSW APL Training Market submissions.

Follow the instructions above to export, this time specifying the tag group you wish to limit the export to. This a clairvoyant field, so ensure your tag is selected from the list available.
