NTIS Data

If your college is an RTO that must meet the 2007 AQTF standards, you will be pleased to know that onCourse contains all the Qualifications, Accredited Courses and Units of Competencies available from NTIS. This data file is updated quarterly by ish, and we have also added in module detail for the new and old Certificate in Spoken and Written English accredited courses which are not available from NTIS, but delivered by a number of our current customers.

With these data files built it, you have the most up to date competency names and codes to select from when creating your courses, which prevents time wasting typos on certificates and advertising materials, and creates accurate AVETMISS reports. Administrators can limit the choices available to the Qualifications and Units approved for delivery at your College, adding another level of quality control to your course development process.

Your onCourse website displays the Nationally Recognised Training logo against all courses you create linked to units/modules and lists each of the units you attach, ensuring compliance in your advertising.

AQF compliant Statements of Attainment, Qualifications and Transcripts can be created and printed from onCourse, in conjunction with certificates of attendance for students completing non-accredited training programs. All created certificates are saved and searchable for future record checks or re-issuing.
