High Availability
The High Availability (HA) feature lets you set up extra hardware to serve as a hot-standby firewall in case your primary machine breaks.
You normally have a second machine, with an identical specification as the first, as a hot backup. If the main firewall fails, the second immediately takes over.
So with High Availability technology, you can set up extremely reliable networks that are not susceptible to the failure of a single piece of hardware.
