Now your courses and classes are advertised online, and your onCourse website updates itself from the changes you make to your database, students can access all your course information including the number of places available, any time of the day or night. So whenever they find the class for them and are ready to enrol, you are ready to take their payment.

Students visiting your website will be able to enrol and create a student account even if they are first time customers. Students who are returning customers will only need to enter their name and email address to enrol again – the website will cross check their details with the database so you don’t end up with duplicate students.

Credit Card Payments

By integrating a payment gateway, ish onCourse will process credit card payments in near real time over an encrypted internet connection. Special queueing systems operate to process any backlog should your internet connection go down for a time. We are able to push payments into any merchant account with any Australian bank.

By automatically processing not only web payments but also counter, mail and phone payments, ish onCourse creates a unified payment system, immediate feedback for any data entry errors and almost no room for error or fraud.

Once the enrolment has been accepted, a tax invoice is automatically emailed to the paying student and all students are sent enrolment confirmation details. Of course you can customise these emails in any way you like to suit your needs.

Office vs. online enrolments

If students don’t have web access or don’t wish to pay by credit card, they can still contact your staff and have their enrolment processed manually.

Entering enrolments in ish onCourse is extremely easy for even untrained staff. Firstly you add one or more students to the enrolment. ish onCourse automatically checks to see if those students already exist to avoid duplicates. Then, as you locate the classes for these students, you are given feedback about available places, prices, locations and the depth of information about the class. Clear user interfaces allow the operator to quickly scan various classes to find the appropriate places for the student.

Special validation is in place to ensure your office staff and a student enrolling online can’t simultaneously book the last place in a class.
