The challenge

In response to changes in food labelling laws, David Jones was required to substantially change their ticketing systems for their Food Halls across Australia. To date, these tickets were produced manually in a graphic design program, but as the quantity and details of tickets increased this was not feasible.

These printed tickets have to fit in with the high David Jones graphic design standards and display information to customers such as price, origin and possible allergenic reactions.

The solution

ish created Delish, a custom application which manages the ticket printing across all stores in Australia. The result is simple and effective, works on both Mac and PC and prints tickets in a variety of formats.
