Enrolling a student with credit
How do I enrol a student who is in credit?
Enrolling a student who has credit against their account
If a student has previously been given credit, for example, a refund where a class didn’t run as scheduled, they can use that amount towards their next enrolment.
When you enrol a student in Quick Enrol who has credit, you will see that the Previous Owing amount on the bottom of the screen is a negative number (if students owe money from past enrolments, this will also appear here)
In this example, the student has $345 credit, and uses $189 towards this enrolment. The student still has $156 in credit.
Using one student’s credit to pay for another student’s enrolment
If the student in credit wishes to use their credit towards another persons enrolment, follow the steps for 3rd Party Payments, ensuring that you select the student in credit as the payer.
