ishCare

ishCare offers you hands-on support for your Astaro firewall. It includes unlimited email and Australian EST business hours phone technical support. ish will remotely maintain your firewall, performing periodic security and feature updates, maintaining a backup of the firewall configuration, responding to error conditions (reported automatically by your Astaro firewall) and implementing changes to your configuration as your needs change. You will be given access to our web-based incident tracking system.

More than just another support service, ish is proactive in monitoring your firewall for issues and working with you to resolve them, usually by remotely logging into your Astaro. Onsite support will be charged at our standard rate.
