The problem

Not only did the school have very little online presence, but staff had been using a custom written application for reporting AVETMISS (Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard). Since it wasn’t a commercial application, support and improvements were inconsistent.

The solution

The result

Enrolment and payment processes were streamlined and could be done online 24/7, resulting in increased traffic and enrolments. Administration overhead costs were also reduced because of the more efficient practices and this allowed staff to focus on new course offerings.
