In the first instance, you should log a task via the Squish Support Portal

You can check on the progress off all the tasks in progress for your organisation and create new tickets as needed.

If you are logging in for the first time, go to the Squish Portal and click ‘Sign up for an account’. Make sure you sign up using your email address, not something generic like ‘info@acme.com’.

For customers who have phone support included as part of their support contract, please have your Squish support task number handy when you call so we can look up your task and put you through to the staff member currently working on your ticket.
