In the first instance, you should log a task via the Squish Support Portal

You can check on the progress off all the tasks in progress for your organisation and create new tickets as needed.

If you are logging in for the first time, click ‘Can’t access your account?’. It will then prompt you to select either a user name reminder or a password reset.

If you are a first time visitor, or aren’t sure of your user name, click on ‘Username’ and supply the email address you use to communicate with us. This will send an email with your username details, and you can then return and repeat the process for a forgotten password.

If your email address is not registered with us, please send an email to support@ish.com.au clearly identifying your full name, contact details and the organisation you work for. We will need to verify these details with your organisations nominated support contacts before we create your account.

For customers who have phone support included as part of their support contract, please have your Squish support task number handy when you call so we can look up your task and put you through to the staff member currently working on your ticket.
